Thoughts and prayers to the family. I lived next door to Mr.& Mrs. Phipps when I was a young boy. I would go to their house and Leota would help prepare me to enter school. They were so good to me. Delbert would let me help him in his garden. He raised strawberries that were delicious. Sorry to here of his passing. My name is Doug. My parents are Tom and Barbara. God bless.
