Lorenna Victora Burke

Lorenna Victora Burke, age 76, of Lamar, Missouri, passed away March 25, 2026, at her home, surrounded by the love of her family.

Lorenna was born December 20, 1949, in Fort Collins, Colorado, to Joseph Edward Todd and Dorothy Louise (Ackelson) Todd.

She spent many years working in retail, where she enjoyed visiting with people and forming lasting friendships. Lorenna also found joy in being part of a local bowling league, where she shared laughter, camaraderie, and many good times with friends.

Above all, Lorenna treasured her family. She will be remembered for her love, her strength, and the special bond she shared with those closest to her.

Survivors include two daughters, Kattina Erickson of Lamar, Missouri, and Heidi Jo (Marvin) Smith of Sun City, Arizona; three grandchildren, Lorenna Rose Strasheim, Clara Emenecker, and Joseph Samuel Lee Strasheim; one great-grandchild, Cassius David Strasheim; and one sister, Dixie Lee (Albert) Maestas of Littleton, Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her parents; the love of her life, Paul Cope, Jr.; her sister, Diana Lyn Asher; and three brothers, Patrick Gene Todd, Michael Dean Todd, and Joseph Edward Todd, Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., June 20, 2026, at 479 NW 1st Lane in Lamar, Missouri.
