Loeta McArthur

Loeta McArthur, age 77, of Lamar, MO passed Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at Truman Healthcare Center. Loeta was born February 24, 1937 in Idaho to Farris White and Alma (Orwick) White.  She attended schools in Dora, MO and Springfield, MO.  In 1955, she married David Henry McArthur and together they raised three sons.  Loeta is survived by her husband, of the home; three sons, Charles (Janet) McArthur, Larry McArthur, and David McArthur, all of Lamar, MO; one granddaughter, Katie McArthur, and three great grandchildren, Dezmon Robinson, Darionna Robinson, and Maggie Robinson.  She was preceded in death by one brother, and one sister. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Friday, March 28, 2014 at Daniel Funeral Home with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday 1:00 pm until service time at the funeral home. Contributions are suggested to Lockwood American Legion in care of Daniel Funeral Home.
