Ivan G. Yount

Ivan Gerald Yount, age 81, of Morgan Hills, California died November 22, 2018. Ivan was born January 25, 1937 in Irwin, Missouri to Ivan Gerald Yount Sr. and Ella (Yokely) Yount. He was an electrical engineer and was a Presbyterian. Survivors include his wife, Helen Yount; one son Ivan Yount III of Rocklin, California; one daughter, Yvonne Jansen, of Oldfield, Missouri; his mother, Ella Yount of Independence, Missouri; a brother, Roy Yount of Idaho; two sisters, Deloris Stafford, of Independence, Missouri; and Janice Bundy of Buckner, Missouri; seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Ivan Yount Sr., and a brother Paul Yount. A memorial service will be 1:00 pm, Friday, December 14, 2018 at Daniel Funeral Home. There will be a private graveside service in Barton City Cemetery.
