Howard Monroe Smith
Howard Monroe Smith, age 92, of Lamar, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Mt. Vernon, Missouri.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Daniel Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Barton City Cemetery in Liberal, Missouri.
The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2026, until service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Missouri Veterans Home, in care of the funeral home.
