Deana LeAnn (Wise) LeGrand

Deana LeAnn (Wise) LeGrand, age 54, of Lamar, Missouri passed away September 9, 2024. 

Deana was born July 30, 1970 in Lamar, MO to Willie Lee Wise and Willa Mae (Jones) Owen. Deana graduated from Lamar High School in the class of 1988. 

Deana worked as a dietary technician at Truman Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Lamar, MO.

She loved football and was a huge Cincinnati Bengals fan. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. 

Survivors include her biological father Willie Wise, mother, Willa Mae Owen; one son, Levi (Kim) Shankles; one daughter, Sabrina Shankles (Jason Cliett); two step-daughters, Megan LeGrand and Olivia LeGrand; eight grandchildren, Westyn, Brayleigh, Landon, Lucas, Wyatt, McKenzie, Gayvn and Delilah; and three sisters, Rhonda Hackathorne, Edeana (Joe) Castlebeury, and Dana (Jason) Evans.

Deana was preceded in death by her dad, Wayne Owen; one sister, Terri Chadd; one brother, Darrin Wise; and grandparents, Mary and Bill Jones.

 A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 13, 2024 at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Lamar, MO.
