Landon Wilson

Curtis Landon Wilson, age 64, of Lamar, Missouri passed away June 21, 2021, St. Luke's Nursing Home in Carthage, Missouri.         Landon was born August 24, 1956 in Kansas City, MO to Gerald Wilson and Dessie (Buck) Wilson. Curtis graduated from Lamar High School. On November 3, 1993, Curtis married Carolyn Sue (Sanders) Wilson in Lamar, MO.   Landon worked as a forklift driver at Thorco. Landon was a talented musician and drummer. He loved to fish and watching the KC Royal and KC Chiefs.   Survivors include his wife Carolyn, one son; Bobby Ray McDonald, Lamar, MO, one daughter; Jessica Trowbridge, Lockwood, MO, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.   Preceding Landon in death were his parents, one brother, five brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law.   Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 28, 2021, at  Howell (Owens) Cemetery in Lamar, Missouri.   Contributions are suggested and made payable for the family in care of Daniel Funeral Home.   Condolences may be shared at www.dfhlamar.com
