Craig Peterson

Craig Stephen Peterson, age 46, of Oronogo, Missouri passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, December 13, 2015.      Craig was born February 10, 1969 at Independence, Missouri to Kevin Peterson and Lendy Smith.  He graduated Jasper High School in 1987 and had attended college. Craig attended the Christian Church and had his own landscaping business.  He was a member of the Iris Club, loved dirt bikes, raised golden retrievers and was a member of the AKC Kennel Club.  On April 6, 2011 he married Janett E. Hamilton and she survives of the home.      In addition to his wife, Janett, he is survived by one son, Chasen Peterson; a step- son, Daylan Leivan; three daughters, Hannah Peterson, Hailey Peterson, Rainie Peterson; one step-daughter, Marissa Leivan; his father, Kevin and ­­­­­Nancy Peterson, his mother, Lendy and Russell George; his grandmother, Janey Taylor; three step-brothers, Tommy Powell, Robert Powell and Mark Powell; a half-sister, Piper Vale; and a step- sister, Teresa Powell.      Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Marion and Betty Peterson and Clifford Taylor.      Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Monday, December 21, 2015 at Jasper Christian Church.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until service time.  There will be a private family burial.      Contributions are suggested to Craig Peterson Family in care of Daniel Funeral Home.
