Alice Waring

Alice Ruth Waring, of Golden City, Missouri, departed this life at the age of 76, Wednesday, June 30, 2016 at Freeman Hospital West, Joplin, Missouri.      Alice was born October 28, 1939 to Walter G. Waring and Millie E. (Watson) Waring. She lived with her father and mother until they died, and then moved to live at Wyatt House in Golden City, Missouri.  She loved animals and while living in Iantha, she took care of chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. She was a member of the Iantha Baptist Church.      Alice is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.      Preceding her in death, were her parents; three brothers, D.C. Williams, Edward Waring, and Franklin H. Waring; and two sisters, Mary Pettibon and Reddie Fay Kitty.      Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Wednesday July 6, 2016 at Daniel Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Gage officiating.  She will be laid to rest at Deerfield Cemetery.
