Aaron Scott “Furby” Reinemann, age 38, passed away on March 2, 2024, after a sudden illness.

Aaron was born May 23, 1985, in San Diego, California to Tina and Glenn. Aaron attended Lamar High School and graduated in 2003. He also attended firefighters’ school in Joplin, Missouri and completed his training as well as receiving his EMT license. He worked a variety of jobs, starting out at the local grocery store, he also worked at a convenience store, was a delivery driver for Coke and even worked for Wal-Mart. He also did concrete and construction work.

In his spare time, Aaron loved to go fishing and played in dart tournaments. He was a member of the Tri-State Darting Association. He was a fan of both the Chicago Bulls and the Boston Red Sox, so much so that he had tattoos of both teams. He also found time to visit Belize with his grandmother and aunt.

While Aaron knew many people, he was closest to his nieces and nephew, his mother Tina, his girlfriend Kelli Klushman, and her daughter Ava, whom he loved like his own. 

Survivors include his parents, Tina (Doug) Penner of Lamar and Glenn (Terri) Reinemann of Joplin; his sister Autumn of Lamar; his brother, Adam of Carthage; his girlfriend Kelli Klushman and her daughter Ava of Frontenac, Kansas; his uncle, Tracy Timmons; his nieces and nephews, Vanessa, Isabella and Cruz; his cousins, Nathaniel, Chandler, Olivia (Wyatt), Bre (Derek) and Scarlett.

Aaron was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lonnie and Marelene Timmons and Eleanor and Charles Reinemann Jr.

Aaron will be laid to rest at Fidelity Cemetery in Fidelity, Missouri.

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 23, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. – Noon at Memorial Hall (in the basement) in Lamar, Missouri.

A second Celebration of Life will be held on March 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., at the VFW at 110 Veterans Way in Joplin, Missouri.
